I have been fortunate to have opportunities to attend wellness retreats to recharge and come back with renewed energy and clarity. The problem is TIME and MONEY.

In this FREE week-long event, we will help jump start your journey of elevation by teaching you the very proven tools and strategies that we and hundreds around the world use day-to-day so we can have a balanced and joyful life.

We teach you about the blocks you are experiencing and from where the come (understanding your own mind). Then, we can break this down so you can move forward so much more easily. This may sound complicated, but don't worry it is super fun and you can fit it into your life as it is right now, and still make massive progress!​​​ (It is a bit complicated as we are tapping into the defense mechanisms of the brain hidden in the hippocampus where memories of past pain exist as a means of protection. The goal is to engage in desensitization through discussion and complimentary action to lead to neural rewriting with healthier replacement cognitions so that the subconscious defenses no longer prohibit you from taking actions that you desire that will lead to freedom and happiness - Translation: We will teach you how to be happier).
